Take on longer distances more comfortably with the METARIDE™ performance running shoe. Engineered for those who want to go further, this shoe offers an efficient design that's equipped with energized cushioning.

GUIDESOLE™ technology consists of a forefoot and curved sole that improve running efficiency by decreasing the load placed on the lower limbs. FLYTEFOAM™ Propel technology in the sole of the shoe features a lightweight foam construction with a high-energy return for increased bounce and a quick toe-off. You'll experience a smooth transition from heel to toe thanks to the subtle curvature of the sole. At the same time, the clutch counter wraps your ankle for carefully controlled movement—helping you retain muscle energy over long distances.

The rear of the shoe features GEL® technology cushioning for better shock absorption on hard surfaces. Additional comfort is provided by the circular knit upper.

Foot Type: Normal-size arches.

Push-Off: You experience even distribution from the front of the foot.

Considered Injuries: Getting hurt is less likely due to effective shock absorption, but not impossible.

How Your Foot Contacts the Ground: Your foot lands on the outside of the heel and then rolls inward, absorbing impact on the body.
