Returns Policy

FREE & EASY RETURNS

Out of extreme precaution for the safety and well being of our employees and due to COVID-19, there may be a delay of processing returns. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise purchased on asics.com may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions:

  • Merchandise was purchased on asics.com. We do not accept returns from ASICS stores or other authorized retailers.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. Original condition is defined as:
    • All tags still attached to product.
    • Material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
    • Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
  • Return shipment must include the packing slip.
  • Reason for return must be indicated.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount. Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser. Returns can only be completed in the country where the product was purchased.

Please Note: Merchandise purchased from asics.com cannot be returned to ASICS retail stores.

RETURNS PROCESS

You will need your email address used to place your order and the order confirmation number to start the return process. This can be found on your order confirmation email. Please use the "Start a Return" button to initiate your return process and receive a free pre-paid ASICS return shipping label.

Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for us to receive and process your item(s). All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it.  Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly printed statement.  You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.

ASICS is not able to accept return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.asics.com. To return products purchased at another store, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased.

ASICS Canada reserves the right to make adjustments to the return policy.

EXCHANGES

ASICS.com does not currently offer exchanges.
