Shipping Information
Due to adverse weather conditions including flooding, rockslides and mudslides in B.C., there are multiple road closures affecting ground transportation of mail and parcels across Western Canada. Customers may experience some delays in receiving items.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing, prior to shipping, depending on carrier cut-off times. Same day shipping is not guaranteed on any order.

ASICS offers FREE standard delivery on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged $10 for standard shipping . We ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank will result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect information.
CARRIER INFORMATION
Orders ship Canada Post. P.O. Box and APO/FPO shipments are serviced solely by standard ground Priority Mail through Canada Post. No expedited services are available.

To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank may result in delays to your order. ASICS Canada is not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrectly entered billing information.
CANCELLING AND MODIFYING ORDERS
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship internationally.
ASICS Canada restricts shipments to international re-shippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.
